The NorthShore Community Alliance (formerly the Neighborhood Centers Association) is a not-for-profit human services organization that works to keep families together by providing intensive in-home training to families in crisis. We also offer a wide range of services in education – from safe and nurturing after-school programs for children to diploma certification and entrepreneur/business expansion training for adults. NCA has been headquartered in Pittsburgh’s Manchester neighborhood for more than 100 years and is the third largest service provider to Allegheny County Human Services Office of Children, Youth and Families.
